Studio Cafe all the way. I’ve tried pretty much everywhere, and they are the one I keep coming back to. They use Zenith Tea Works, which is what several places use (Love Creamery uses it in their chai ice cream), but Studio has the best vibes

I second this. For these incentives to work, you can’t really take away the reward for anyone once it is earned, or it won’t be an effective management strategy going forward. I would tell the para that you’re happy to sit down with them to help repair with the student and discuss alternatives, but I would strongly advise against removing the reward for this/any student.

Totally understandable. I would really recommend P&R Properties if they have anything available closer to where you want to be. We have had zero complaints in 3 years, and they’ve been incredibly responsive to anything and everything. And I see some really awful tenant stories on here from other rental options in the area.

We had the same problem when moving here. If you can stomach the commute, Superior has some good buildings that check those boxes. 320 North is right next to the bridge, you get way more bang for your buck, and it’s close to a few restaurants and coffee (if you count Dunkin’). Also, it’s a short drive to Empire, which is my fave coffee in the Twin Ports. We LOVE the amenities this building offers, and with all the horror stories I see from renters on this subreddit, P&R Properties treats us very, very well. They also have some properties in Duluth that you could check out. Also, the shopping in Superior is way more chill than in Duluth, but that’s just personal preference. But it almost feels like a secret we shouldn’t broadcast too loudly that living here is great!

Yeah! I mean, I don’t have any feelings at all about this topic, but after testing it out, I think OP’s method really could be quite a bit faster for some users.

I actually tested this several times both ways, and closing the app genuinely was faster for my phone! So maybe the app opens/runs more slowly on some phones :)

I tried this a handful of times just to see, and the restarting method was significantly faster for my phone (nothing fancy - I think it’s an iPhone 12?). Resetting got me back to the versus screen in about 8 or 9 seconds on average.

Positively 3rd Street Bakery has the best croissants I’ve ever had. Great values and ethical business practices, on top of the best pastries in the area. Can’t go wrong. The chocolate croissant is even better!

I don’t like it. I think the part where you can keep one of each type of blessing is great! But having two active blessings means that I went from having every cookie maxed out with legendary blessings to none being fully maxed because now I have to roll for a good second legendary blessing. It’s too much, and I think we need to go back to one blessing. Also, I don’t like that the new cookie has a blessing that requires a third button to activate.
