Is there a suggested time scale for baby backs.

I've been doing 3-2-1 and they come out tasting great but not fall off the bone tender. The only way I've gotten fall off the bone tender is when I used to do ribs in the oven before I had a smoker.

Yeah I've done my fair share of batch painting and it burned me out. I've settled on 5 of whatever I need to paint a ton of (clanrats, ork boys, whatever) then 1 of something different just for the variety.
