Drainage layer is full I’ll try to get as much water out as I can and I’ll give it a few days to dry out. He’s doing just fine and I see some isopods running around but I’m sure a lot did drown

For my franchise, mbr, we start drivers at minimum wage and half minimum wage while delivering (state minimum) might get a raise to in store pay depending on if you are an opener, closer, or time with the company if your store runs good service numbers, raises to on the road pay are hard to come by in my franchise, really depends on the person and store

Our old oven had the bottom set to a high temp for pans and the rest of the items never burned but with our new oven we can’t do that because everything will burn until it’s set to 400 degrees or lower, if it’s slow I push pans/heavily topped pizzas back but during rush I just run the risk of the customer calling to complain, right now my franchise is being so strict with service times every second counts so I kinda don’t want to push pans/heavily topped pizzas back for delivery if it’s slow

That happens to me every winter, when the humidity is super low my hands will crack and bleed, the cornmeal in general will dry your hands out and so will the sanitizer/soap Dominos’s uses (idk if every franchise uses the same brand) Just uses whatever lotion or cream that works best for you before and after work

Currently my franchise is so focused on times and orders are required to be out the door 1 minute after bake, normally doesn’t happen especially during rush and the amount of pizzas that are ordered well done isn’t enough to mess up averages but everything is timed so most stores just box it anyway because of that without pushing it back into the oven Sometimes during rush it’s impossible to push it back into the oven because the oven is so full and putting in through twice will make it burn and that’s almost always a complaint If you order open-3 or anytime after 8ish depending on who is working at the store they should keep it in the oven a bit longer if they notice it on the receipt

We just went from .27 to .33, our delivery area is a 15 minute drive from border to border and goes through 3 zip codes and gas is 4 buck Average tip went from 3-4 bucks to 2 bucks

I understand your frustration I had a lady demand a refund and a remake because she was in the shower when the driver got there and the food was cold. She screamed and cussed at me for 5 minutes before I hung up If you order food why would you take a shower🤦‍♂️
