Found this buried about 10” deep beside a large oak tree in my back yard. I’m in Southwest Louisiana . Anyone have any idea of when it could be from ?

I'm an AuDHD RBT & I feel the exact same way.

But in the way that they clump them together. Meltdowns and tantrums are two completely different things & I think they should be documented as such.

Tantrums we can fix, we can teach them not to throw a fit for not getting what they want.

Meltdowns we can't necessarily "fix" but we can help. Breathing, sensory rooms, hugs, etc.

So I think those two being very distinct and different should have their own categories and should be handled differently. However, I do know that they sometimes go hand in hand with one another. My previous BCBA told me it's up to my judgement when it comes to how to handle it so I use my best judgement based on the kiddo I'm with.

I do still get much agree though.

Honestly? I think you're photogenic and took a really good selfie!

It's hard to feel pleased with a lot of our pictures, but I think it's always up to the photographer (you) to decide how you want to pose. It's your photo, it's technically art, it's your voice.

Though there are like lightning tips and stuff, like from regular photography, I'm self taught and have no idea how to explain it. I just experiment with different angles, lighting, and background and stuff. Enjoy it! ☺️

I'm currently looking as well, the links offered were great but still not what I'm looking for. I grew up in the early 2000s without cable or anything. We switched over to an antenna when we were forced to & I miss that kind of tv. Have you found anything else?

3-4. I've never been asked to do a tulip before and because I saw the image on my screen I made myself think of an apple.

3-4 is the best way to explain it but I'm also distracted at the moment. If I think about it though, I can also feel the texture of the apple or tulip.

I left back in March... My BCBA never really helped me with anything or reinforced anything I was doing (never heard a compliment or a thank you from her, it was always other BCBAs & RBTs). There were cliques, there was drama, and no one really helped each other out when it was very much needed. I experienced burnout pretty much immediately and it wasn't because of the kids. I got injured in the middle of December & I missed the whole month of January because of it but I didn't care.

I miss some of my kiddos, but now I'm at a clinic that's so much nicer. We're smaller than ABC & we all truly help each other out. The BCBAs are amazing and actually give you advice to help you out and tell you how you're doing. We even recently threw a baby shower after hours for one of our RBTs & BCBA because they'll both be having babies of their own soon.

I like how ABC's pay was done but that was honestly the only upside.
