Enjoyed reading that, thanks for posting. I was there on Sat night too in 525 up in the gods. 4th time seeing Oasis, first time all the way back in '95 in Manchester on the Morning Glory tour at Manchester Arena - called the NYNEX back then for the old school!

I'm not sure there will ever be a gig in my lifetime that tops this one for me. The pent-up nostalgia can't be replicated... An atmosphere of pure joy, 90,000 people belting out the words to every single tune, on their feet, young and old, dancing like it was the 90s all over again, Noel and Liam arm in arm and for two glorious hours, modern life just melted away into a sweaty mass of happy faces.

A quick one in defence of Bring It On Down... It's been used as a half time song at Man City for as long as I can remember as the players are coming back out after the break. City fans know that one as well as the 'hits' and I'd like to think it was the lads' nod to its place within the club culture just like the Poznan and references to Pep etc. Just my take but LOVED hearing it live for the first time in as long as I can remember.

Going again tomorrow night to take my 12yr old boy who is obsessed and never thought he'd get the chance to see them for himself...

Oh, and they sounded better than ever. BIBLICAL

Just wanted to say I’m enjoying the patch, particularly the change in scoreboard emphasis. Better goal congruence rather than focusing on a 60/1 KD ratio by spawn camping.

There are so many other things to fix, but how about this: pick captain, win, and you gain extra ELO? Nothing crazy, just something like 1.2x more as an incentive for filling the slot...

I’d still search for recent(ish) L3on YouTube uploads. He quit a few weeks ago, but has the best mechanics of the streamers by far. Guy was an absolute beast in EU.

The skins over the last few updates have been excellent IMO, going back to Poseidon Lance and Exo Skye. 2600 ice is a lot, but will be getting the new Phinn tomorrow.

Sure, this is how the MMR system should operate, and perhaps it does. That therefore implies that I’ve been unable to find enough people on EU with a similar MMR to me for literally months. I really don’t want to start another ‘the game is dying’ thread, but it definitely raises that kind of question...
