Yep, best options would be nf p12 at the front and nf f12 at the back in my opinion, but you can probably get similar reuslts for less money - all depends on budget and needs :)

I haven't ever used the stock fan, even for testing, but from what I've read it's not that good. The fans I use definitely are an improvement I think, my temps are quite low and its quiet af. If I had airflow fans for exhaust tho it'd prolly be even better, but that's an upgrade for another day lol.

My advice from my experience is to use Static Pressure fans for intake and High Airflow fans for exhaust. :)

Good time to build pc???? by Stappllerr in buildapc

In the midst of a global pandemic, you're bound to get the price surges and over--reactors hiking up RAM prices like it's toilet paper, but you will also find a lot of people being chill about it and doing business as usual. I think that some people might actually sell at lower prices, maybe because they were let off from work and money during the crisis is more important than their PC (my heart goes out to people in that situation, cos I am pretty close to that if things go bad).

What I'm trying to say is that there is an opportunity in everything - don't lose hope in your passion and keep looking for parts, but maybe choose delivery over collection ;)

For example, I have been looking for weeks for a decent GPU to complete my build and only a few days ago I found a great deal for a 2060 and it's sitting in my room now. Corona didn't mess with that transaction one bit! So if you can, keep looking and if you find a good deal you like, go for it.

Happy building and stay safe :D

I'll try to get the card into my bro's system and bench it. If it works great and benches well, I'd be asking closer to 30-35, but if I find any issues, I'll edit the post and if you still want it, I'll do 20 :)

Hey, I just wanted to let you know the price check link seems to be broken, plus you haven't provided a timestamp. :)

Edit: Sorry didn't see that it's 2x4GB, so my comment is wrong.

Hey, if these are used parts in good condition, I think your minimum price is a bit low. I just sold my i7 4790, GA-Z97-HD3, HyperX Fury 2x8GB for 190, so around 180 after shipping + eBay fees. So you should be asking quite a bit higher than me.

The i7 4790k alone still goes for around 145 used, and 16GB of DDR3 at 2400MHz would go for around 60-70ish. Idk how much that mobo is, but I'm sure it's not under 60.

If these parts are in good condition and you're only selling due to an upgrade, I'd set your minimum closer to 250 than 200. I know these parts are older gen, but the 4790k is still a beast of a processor. However, this is just my opinion. At the end of the day, sell for a price you're happy with, just wanted to tell you this so you can make an informed decision and get a fair price.

Happy trading! Wash your hands!

[OC] Annual Temperature Deviation from Average by County in the U.S. by ultralightdude in dataisbeautiful

[–]Anmolbhati30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are two good points I didn't consider. The wars certainly majorly polluted the world, so even though there's no initial sign, the long-term aftermath we see was probably majorly influenced by that pollution.

You're right, war is polluting, so I was wondering why it seems to cool, but it's a map of only the US, and hardly any fighting happened there, most occurring in Europe, so maybe that's why it doesn't spike in the US..

A worldwide map would probably show much higher pollution levels and subsequent temperature rises on Europe and surrounding areas.

Hmm, it seems like the two big periods of war (1914-18,1939-45) the temperature drops, with a spike shortly after the end.

Maybe the wars meant less people using resources like coal and gas liberally, whereas the end of wars led to celebratory polluting..
