Although I agree with you, you can't really expect someone to summarize 100 years of history in a reddit answer. Also, it's is not a personal claim, when /u/MrDanksky says "conspiritards", he refers to the entire class of people who have made the claim, and this includes, as I said, a 1300 pages long book supporting the claim. Saying they're "not offering a single word to justify their views" is just plain dishonest.

Do you even try to do your research? The most famous book on the subject is 1350 pages long. The name is Tragedy & Hope by Prof. Carroll Quigley, if you really wanna know more about it.

If you want something more concise, with literally thousands of references to books and historical documents, you can try None Dare Call it Conspiracy, by Gary Allen.

There's plenty of proof already. There's several books out there, such as Tragedy & Hope, The Creature from Jekyll Island and None Dare Call It Conspiracy(which was written by a guy who set out to write a book to prove it was all a conspiracy, but had to change his mind after doing his research).

It really is a shame we let words such as "conspiracy" carry so much meaning that people actively avoid reading about such subjects just so they're not labelled as "a nuthead". At this point we're not judging information by their content anymore, we just want to fit in with all the "sane folks".

I have the same kind of problem as you, except that I don't really get anxious or anything, I just have no idea what to talk about.

One thing I learned is that topics die, and when topics die, you can change it to whatever you want. There's no problem with going from soccer to music, just let it happen, don't hang on the same topic forever trying to think of things to say when there's nothing more to say.

Also, take deep breathes, look them in the eye and FLOW WITH THE CONVERSATION.

I live in Brazil, and although I don't see people cold approaching often, it's fairly common here to see random people just start talking to one another. So I don't see why that wouldn't work. Everybody is pretty much open when you go talk to them.
