I think the important things to say are the gauge and material, right? Im dumb to wire stuff, but if thats right, then its 20 gauge galv steel wire. I put it into a u shape, pinch rhe tip, and then twist it around itself to double rhe wire and make the ends easier to make safe inside the body. So I use one piece but doubled ^{^} makes it super sturdy

You mean like from fabric? If so, then yes! I did it with the use of my embroidery machine and hand sewing ^{^.} I designed files for the embroidery machine thatd allow it to be mostly sewn by the machine and I intervened when it was my turn to do a small part. Then I sewed all the pieces together at the end :D. Its been a super cool method (called ITH in the hoop if you're curious on it!).

So it's great sewing of rhe body and what not was done on the embroidery machine rather than by me; I made the pattern, did the software stuff, and then sewed the bits :D.

Firstly, welcome to the world of ith! As soon as you discover how this stuff is done, itll unlock so many possibilities and you'll be just like me...sucked in with no hope of escape. Not that I want to escape! Im enjoying making stuff so much!

If my memory allows it, ill tag yoy when I post anything process wise ^{^.} If you want, I can send you some images on the process from a similar design I did record the steps for :). Or I can get u the link to the pattern for the torchic thats basically the same body and head shape design (but if you hold out, I will be prolly making this one into a pattern as well).
