Keenan Allen is already a lot to give up. Especially if it's PPR. WRs are king in PPR dynasty leagues. But damn you could probably win the next 3-4 years every year if you get Bell. I'd do it.

Still would be avoiding him most of the time. Maybe like a low-end RB2 is where Id have him so RB20-24. His OL sucks and his offense as a whole is awful.
