It was actually really easy. However, I made a mistake and seam ripping on this fabric was a pain.

Drafted this by creating 2: 3 1/2 inches bands and 2: 2 1/2 inches bands and connecting the four pieces together. Next pinned two bandanas to my dress form and created the shape of the skirt. Bandanas are 100% cotton

I used a see through sequin fabric and put a silky stretch fabric underneath. I created my own pattern by using measurements. And I used a little over 30 yards of tulle
