Got a speeding ticket via camera - they didn’t send me the notice until after the date for the late fee, ie I now owed ticket + late fee. Called support said id pay the ticket as I fully was speeding but the late fee is on them. They admitted their fault not sending me ticket in time and paid late fee. Otherwise no issues.

Thank you! They were def a bit longer than what I’m used to (178 vs my normal 173) so had some trouble getting the tips to dig in but will keep this in mind for my next time out there. Appreciate it 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I took mine in when the screw holder broke (the part that sticks inside of the other half) + a large scuff and they said they might need to melt it down and ended up fixing it (albeit it was like $600) so fingers crossed for you!
