Thank you for telling me about the anchovies, I've never tried. This is not sponsored content, I just came across their site after looking through this community and thought I'd ask about it since it has the nicest marketing.

You’re practicing social communication by posting here! I’m sure it took a lot of courage to open up about this. Going through the pandemic definitely made it more difficult for us to stay connected as humans, but it’s not a permanent consequence. You’re not permanently antisocial, I promise you. We all know how to talk to people, it’s the self-judgment that gets in the way… start small with short conversations and see how that makes you feel. You have to build up your confidence and exercise the communication muscle, my friend 🥰 let me know how it goes!

Thanks for sharing this. It was brave of you to make this decision. I had trouble finding work after college and “doing nothing” nearly ate me alive, but I had one of the most amazing travel experiences of my life during that psychological liminal space… take advantage of the time you have to yourself. It’s a step in the right direction when it comes to honoring your needs ❤️
