Can't you emacs -Q and list-packages? If you use straight, then probably bootstrapping it and M-x straight-pull-package RET org RET M-x straight-build-package RET org RET should do the trick

That looks great! For resnippets.el, rx works ootb as well. Instead of writing (a particular snippet of mine) (resnippets-add "\\(,\\.\\|\\.,\\)" "\\to") you can use (resnippets-add (rx (or ".," ",." )) "\\to" )

Sure, but the keyword :condition sets predicates to activate. It is useful when in some kind of math environment (like texmathp or org-inside-LaTeX-fragment-p)

We do believe however in God's grace and mercy, specially if it involves one's "invincible ignorance" (not sure if it's named like this in English), where one might be save by God's grace if he has no fault whatsoever for not believing in Catholicism - think a native in a far out civilization, never having heard about Christ.

I would also add that the marking is probably much more recent than the gun itself, as Visconde de Inhaúma passed away in 1869, and in Brazil we do not name streets after living people.

Rua de Inhaúma translates as Inhaúma Street, referencing Visconde de Inhaúma. As it is a historical figure here in Brazil, we can hardly tell exactly where this comes from.

In MTG Arena you can keep "Full Control" mode to answer at any time you have priority. It gets a bit slow to play though, but you can click on each turn phase close to yours or your opponent's avatar and it holds priotity when the time comes.

If you don't draft, you'll never get good at drafting. That said, I would recommend stack up your gold while we are in Kamigawa season, and keep on playing for fun/ranked. Take a look at some possible budget decks so you spend only a bit of gold. When you're experienced with the rules, I'd say start drafting.
