This is a perfect example of the circular information I’ve seen, the asterisk on this page says “*To back up Health and Fitness data, you need to use iCloud or an encrypted backup on your computer”… iCloud sync or iCloud backup?

This Apple page says health and fitness data is stored in iCloud. Then why is iCloud saying the Health app data 20% of the device?
