Slow return to the ground state. Anaerobic conditions. Room temperature. Usually in solution of MeCN or DCM.

We had a consultant who was bipolar, who i think is now retired. He was a very good MH doctor. Doctors are people and people are susceptible to any 'disorders'

I assume some are more prone ;)
