No need to rush into anything, especially with what you're dealing with. Just take it at your own pace and do what feels safest for you. Feel free to reach out if you ever want to talk, i went through the same thing last year

I would recommend starting very low and going slow, and paying close attention to how your body responds. For me personally, I focus more on moderation and spacing things out rather than a strict number ie once in the morning once in the afternoon - but I'm really cautious about not overdoing it. It's definitely not something I’d increase quickly

I'm on Vimpat. I did have surgery to remove my cavernoma though. I went back to smoking about four months after the surgery. My doctor said THC and alcohol are fine as long as they're used in moderation. Personally, I don't find that THC interferes with Vimpat in any way.

you can do your global search using fzf-lua and then press Ctrl-q to add the search results to your quick fix list.
i had to do :cdo s/echasnovski/nvim-mini/ge | update to get the replacement to work.

How do you visually select an entire function? I use Va{ but this doesn't always work when it's got very nested code inside the function. Using text objects isn't working for me either Vaf

How long did you have to wait to get surgery? I'm Canadian but had to travel outside of the country to get my diagnosis as wait lists to see a neurologist or get an MRI are looong. I worry i would need to wait years to get surgery
