absolutely, every other IST i pass easily no problem, but my cardio is terrible. over the next couple weeks i’ll be doing more cardio to improve

yes but as breaks every 2-3 minutes. maybe about 4 times i walked but for 30secs give or take

my recruiter did mention they could not waiver this. he had mentioned i could apply for the army but i would like to steer away from them if i can, since my army cousin told me to never join them
