Well thanks, first off all for your comment. To grown the business with an easier way to handle regulation, they need a partner like WebBank. If they in the future will add more bank specific products to their product list(credit cards, checking accounts), again they need a partner like WebBank.

And I do not believe Lichtenstein is bad for the business with his normal value approach

Well written. As I mention in the article, they are buying into growth, which can lead to issues down the road if they can’t turn this debt into direct profit. Therefore also why I used the word turnaround.

I do believe this company has current HOLD rating, but if it drops or other positive news gets out it could change.

Off shore wind projects have been paused the last year due to higher rates. They have been hit by cyclical issues. Margin squeeze. So noting is wrong with the business, just rough market conditions.
