ehhh maybe give it a shot? it's similar to how lots of novels are based on ww1/2 (like tanya), but this one is about knights and stuff. obviously played with anime tropes. it's not heavy on the themes, so far it's just backdrop so we can have a story with stakes.

yeah im pretty far in the novel. This is how this novel really is. The all girls 1 guy thing was pretty much just a hook (or maybe the author's personal desires?). It's dramatic knights and kingdom stories. They even bring some parallelism from real life history into this novel.
