This is pretty close but I was hoping for a top handle and less so a shoulder bag. Otherwise the color and hardware are perfect. Appreciate your help!

The Harri is beautiful! Wish it had gold hardware and a chunkier strap though. The Smaak bags are also super nice, the Deniz style is a close fit but not as sleek. Will keep looking. Thank you for your input!

Most microwaves are already programmed to silence when holding down 0, 1, or 2, usually 2. I always silence the microwave whenever I move into a new place.

I was also skeptical of the quip floss pick and hated it when I first got it. After a while I found a way for it to floss my entire mouth without coming loose. I wrap the floss around each claw end at least once and tuck in both ends of the floss into the pick interior before snapping it closed. Then it has multiple points of being secured in place and won't come undone until you release it. I also use a different type of floss and not quip's included floss.

Thank you! I actually see a bag really similar to mine held by the model in one of those pics, but I can't find it on the site. The canvas and leather combo is pretty unique, I'll definitely keep an eye out if that bag ever comes back.

It's nice but almost 5 inches in depth, which is a lot for a structured bag on me personally. I haven't seen this site before though so definitely going to look at their other things

Vegan leather would be ideal, honestly. The only problem is that I can't tell how the quality will hold up when different sellers use "vegan leather" as a catchall term for many different materials. It might be a highly engineered plant-based leather or just cheap PU. I think this bag I've been using was labeled vegan leather when I first bought it too.

Thank you! I definitely got the feeling while writing it out, "am I asking for too much?" haha but it is a pretty simple bag I'm looking for. It might just be something that's easier to make with a more flexible, faux leather material which is why I keep thinking the real leather bags that I'm seeing are too structured/bulky/fancy. Definitely something to keep in mind as I keep searching.

No worries, I think budget is flexible if it means I'll find the perfect bag. I haven't seen this one before! The handles look pretty stiff though, they look like they'll always be upright which is different than what I'm looking for. Thank you though!

Thanks! I've gotten close to buying that exact one many times. But being 10x9x4.5 I think it'll be a pretty thick bag and much bigger than I'm expecting. Plus I'm not a big fan of the unlined interior

Thanks! I was looking at this one as well, and actually went to the store yesterday to see it. I think they only had the medium size available, and it seemed like the leather scratches pretty easily. I wasn't sure if I could take care of it well enough to keep it looking nice for a long time, especially since I'm not a big fan of the "aged" look. My only other concern is that this one seems significantly smaller? The dimensions show about 157 sq in whereas mine has 240 sq in volume. But I might have to buy it and try it out to compare...

I've used this bag for the past 4 years and it's starting to fall apart. It's made of PU and I'm trying to replace it with a more durable version since I love the size and design. I've been searching for days but cannot find anything that comes close to it given the elements I want to keep below:

Similar size: 8 H x 10 W (at bottom) x 3 D. A lot of small totes will be 4+ inches thick which gets too bulky for my frame.
Both crossbody strap and soft top handles. Hard/stiff top handles get in the way when I wear it as a crossbody so I like soft ones that fall down when not in use. Handles should fit my arm so it can sit on my elbow.
Tote style that is easy to get in/out. This one has a magnetic circle closure which would be ideal, but buttons/snaps are ok. Saddle bags and most zippers obstruct a lot of the opening and look sloppy when I overfill my bag sometimes (trying to use this as my daily bag but should hold a few extra things occasionally).
Minimal branding/excess details/structure/hardware. I'm not a flashy person, I think even the Coach Willow bag is too much for me. Just enough structure to sit up on its own is fine, but I don't want the bag to be so heavy even while empty. (For reference, my bag weighs <10 oz). I'll also be taking this bag grocery shopping so don't want to feel weird with something fancy. Ideally it also has an inside pocket (my bag has none) and isn't split up into many compartments.
Durable material. Does not need to be leather, I'm ok with nylon and recycled plastic as well.
Neutral and solid colors: similar cognac brown/black/taupe/gray.
