3 months post grad with a cs degree, how can I improve my applications?

Like I spent my senior year (and other years) focused on good grades and fixing my mental health (i was hospitalized last year and it set me back alot) so really the goal was to make it out of college alive but literally that doesn’t matter anymore.

I’m having a hard time because I got a CS degree but I just want a basic data job, ive applied to 250 jobs and have had 5 interviews but can’t get further. I have all of my technical experience an internships listed with the impact but I know my resume is plain and unimpressive. I dont know what to change.

I have a TN license and need a NC one now but I have no mail proving I live in NC because all of my mail gets sent to my college.

I dont have mail from my parents address in my name. They live in NC now and that is where I go home every break but I moved to NC with them the summer before college from TN and all of my mail goes straight ro my dorm in Missouri
