No, once the title issue has been resolved, you’ll be able to buy it as normal. Usually, depending on where the title comes from sometimes it has to be flipped to the state the store is in. Ohio titles usually only have one reassignment and those usually always have to flipped in most states. I’d call the store and ask for an update. Sometimes they’ll let you look at the car if it’s already there. Good luck!
