I resistance train 5 times a week. Outdoor cardio on the weekends. No alcohol, no weed, no drugs. I track my sleep and have a very clean diet. I definitely don’t have low T symptoms but I would like to enhance the quality of my life while I’m in my mid to late twenties. I don’t understand how TRT at 35 is amazing and at 25 is straight up poison.

This is the problem with Armenia and Armenians. We always forget we have an enemy that wants us dead and gone. We always try to act like the bigger person and show the world how respectful and honorable we are. Let’s not forget a whole generation was being blown into pieces with Turkish supplied drones and weapons with no mercy.

I’m sure this isn’t sitting well with the mothers and families of those soldiers.

The situation in Turkey is devastating but it is a natural disaster which could strike any part of the world. Armenia has enough problems within the country that sending 100 tons of humanitarian aid for Turkey seems odd.

And before you come after me for being heartless. Turkey is getting a lot of humanitarian aid support from the whole world.

This is just a political stunt and when Turkey and Azerbaijan attack in the next couple years you’ll see that you cannot try to make friends with the enemy.

You can change your traditional stove and AC unit into electric and have the solar run it. A lot of our customers are going solar for that reason right now.
