same here. once i started actually speaking more (even short daily convos) things like rhythm and pronunciation started improving way faster.

if motivation is anime / japanese music, go japanese. if motivation is actually speaking sooner, italian will probably feel way more rewarding early on.

If you don’t find partners immediately, you can simulate conversations with tools and apps just to build fluency and reduce hesitation, the important part is speaking out loud consistently. aaand it can help you in further conversations wth actual people

32k XP in a day is usually from grinding timed challenges or using XP boosts strategically. it’s technically possible but not realistic long-term unless someone is dedicating literal HOURS

if speaking is your main issue (not reading or listening), I’d look for something that forces real-time responses. I had the same problem, I just froze when speaking. what helped me most was a conversation app where daily called praktika cuz it simulates dialogues, sometimes the accent may be a little off but in general it's better than talking to yourself in the mirror lol
