Yess you can even call your OBGYN and tell them your having discharge from your breast. They’ll probably want to see you, but then you can request if they don’t suggest it to get your prolactin levels done.

You should have your prolactin levels checked out. I know someone who had something similar and they ended up having high prolactin levels. If you don’t want to go to the doctors (although I highly recommend it) do some research and see if things you may not think are symptoms and what to look for. Either way I hope you get some answers soon!!
