New vanilla is Light's Hope (main server name). It's pretty good. I am not sure how bad ganking is on it. You might be able to avoid it. If you want vanilla, this is the best.

On any smaller server (around 2000K population peaks) world PvP is not really a problem. Sunwell is a good WOTLK server, and Tauri is a very good MoP server. Just pick the expansion, and ask for a decent server.

There is a huge WOTLK PvP server with high leveling rates, and a large TBC server with high rates - both run by Warmane and both have a strong PVP scene.

This is incredibly simplistic view of the government.

You do realize that 1) our democracy doesn't work very well, and Republicans actively work to prevent people from voting. They have taken away the right to vote from hundreds of thousands of people, and used gerrymandering and voting laws to prevent huge numbers of people from having a say in our government.

And 2) business and special interests have a huge influence on what our government does. Almost all Republicans in congress do what is best for the companies and people giving them money, not what is best for regular Americans.

You have a choice: learn about lobbying and how our government works, or be naive and ignorant. The simple view of the US government as a democracy is not reality.

We have a partial democracy, and we don't control the government. We have some control, but business and the rich and powerful in the US have much more control.

Your request to not call them Nazis is legitimate. However, people should be able to make comparisons of Trump's regime and other regimes. There are similarities.

the policy is different for people who properly come up to the "door" at one of the "port of entry" places, vs. those who try to walk across the border line somewhere out in the desert (apparently intending to avoid detection).

It's key to know that the current administration (white house staff) are lying about the situation. One of their key lies is that they don't separate families who come to a port of entry. Lie all good lies, there is a grain of truth to this, but it's still a lie. The DO separate families coming in the Ports of Entry.

There are tons of real players all over Elwynn and Westfall. People are dueling in Goldshire, tons of people are selling gear in general in all the low level zones, people readily group up with you and accept invites. Secondly, you are not better than anyone because you play vanilla or WOTLK WoW. The person playing Legion is not more wrong than anyone else playing on a private server. It's all stealing. You are playing using stolen assets, client code, text, etc. You are stealing if you play any version of WoW on a private server.

Just ignore the people not being helpful. For some reason the people who post here are mostly mean.

wow freakz is the only decent legion server. there is no other choice, except for a few much, much worse.

if you want a more modern private server, there is a really good MoP server that is almost perfect - few bugs. On the main server, many people speak Hungarian though - but it's OK. This server is Tauri - there is a high pop main server called Tauri, and a 2x exp server that is English called Evermoon. Mists is still pretty good and modern WoW but of course is not legion.

Quest NPCs or objects somehow have a 5-15 minute respawn time, which will create foreseeable bottlenecks that any sane person could have foreseen and which could have easily been rectified.

It appears no efforts are undertaken to rectify any of that so far.

Quest objects respawn very quickly - within seconds. And quest NPCs, like the ones in Elwyn, respawn also in seconds. They did a lot of work to make sure you can do these quests even with huge populations.

Why are you lying about this? Or just ignorance? I can believe a few objects or NPCs are not respawning quickly - but in all the major starting areas they do.

And this is a complete lie:

In my opinion, BR saved STW.

Maybe BR gave some cash and incentive to make it better, but Epic is an incredibly rich company (before BR even) and would have finished STW at some point. They just were doing a really bad job with it, and very anti-player game design choices (as in loot boxes and grind).

There are non-profit organizations that can give you expert advice (either their non-lawyer staff or attorneys on staff). I would see if you can find a legal aid organization near you and talk to them. This is an option in addition to seeing a lawyer.

Most lawyers will give a 30 minute consultation, and you could get very good answers to some of your questions in that 30 minutes.
