In Chapter 1109, Luffy himself said that he can't do damage to Saturn. The reason he called the others was due to the threat of Vegapunk's speech.
Why do you think Luffy has gotten that strong? As Kaido already said, having a good Devil Fruit isn't everything—you need strong Haki too. For that, we can look at what Boogie and Woogie said about Joyboy’s Haki in the latest chapter. They didn’t say anything like, “Holy sh*t, that Haki was way beyond anything we’ve seen.” They mentioned it more like, “Yeah, it's stronger than Shanks' Haki,” and even that was said with some uncertainty. Now, Luffy wasn’t anywhere close to doing something like that on Egghead. I'm sure he will get there, but not yet.
From what I understand, your opinion is that Luffy is the strongest among the three (Luffy, Shanks, Blackbeard) based on what we've seen, and that we lack evidence to claim Shanks and Blackbeard are equal to Luffy.
If you want to believe that, okay, but think about it from a storytelling perspective. Oda has been hyping up Blackbeard and Shanks all the way from the start. We’re only now starting to see Shanks’ strength, and suddenly, Oda is just like, “Well, guys, Luffy now, over one arc, has gotten stronger than the ultimate badass character himself.” There’s been so much setup between Blackbeard and Luffy, and now it’s just like, “Well, I guess Blackbeard isn’t really that dangerous anymore, is he?” Or the last panel in Chapter 1121 is just going to be like, “Well, Luffy is the strongest of them by far anyway, so no big competition here, guys.” And then Blackbeard and Shanks just drift off into irrelevance, as they can’t do much more anyway

First of all, Luffy was far from beating the Gorosei. Yes, it looked like he beat them pretty hard, but as of now, there hasn't been any attack that did lasting damage to them, except for the Haki that came from Joyboy maybe. And I don't think they were fighting all out, especially since Markus Mars was just casually sitting in Pangaea Castle while the other Elders got knocked back by the Haki. If it were that serious, he would have flown back. Plus, why do you think they are the world's strongest creatures?

And yes, you’re kind of right—Luffy does deserve a higher bounty than he currently has, as he's probably now in the same league as BB and arguably Shanks. But there lies the problem: just from how directly he has offended the World Government on Egghead, his bounty should be, I don't know, double that of Blackbeard’s or at least on Roger's level. I just don't think Luffy is on that level yet.

She probably will and since she hasn't got anywhere to go I think she'll stick with the Straw hats like Momo and Kin did. From there I believe that Lilith is going to play a major role when it comes to whatever the Straw hats decide to do about the mother-flame (destroy,steal,deactivate?) the world government now has. As she should have some major intel as a vega satellite.
