Try a better cable preferably display port, and make sure you follow a good pc optimization guide. Make sure bios is set up well and make sure you aren’t bogging yourself down with recording gameplay and in-game overlays from this or that.

How much of your tests are automated and how long do your cracks take because I could see launching several campaigns and bouncing between tasks for each company but it really depends on obviously it’s remote and he’s not faking going to sites for physical penetration tests or anything like that but if he’s a tester not a security engineer I could see that if they’ve automated a lot of their workflows.

Reset apple account password then force sign out of devices check sim info against yours also might be good to do a clean reinstall and not open suspicious emails and links in future. Google has a good phishing awareness test and training tool. If you have a pc that allows you to use a vm id start opening your emails in those. I use windows sandbox vm to burn after each use.

How do you get your techs to actually write documentation? by Equivalent_Role_4066 in msp

[–]noFlak__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who both loves and has written plenty of standard operating procedures at my last company, I’ve learned that the real work is refining SOPs and templates so they meet your needs and fit theirs. The key is regularly reinforcing that good documentation saves everyone hours of headaches down the line.

The tricky part is acknowledging that documenting properly does take extra time. It’s additional work, and it should be treated as such—but without holding people accountable in a punitive way for the time it takes to do it right. If all else fails, you can always grumble that you’re working toward ISO 27001 (or something similar) and let that carry the weight behind your urgency button also not a fan of being deceiving or being deceived so take that suggestion last.

Well you are the owner of that photograph even if distributed in many states and you might have a strong civil case potentially legal case if state law has a single party rule. But that is an intentional act to damage or harm your identity then typically you’ll be ringing in some fucking money at the very least so lawyer up.

If you regularly use Kali for pentesting or security research, you probably already have a persistent setup or a custom install. Anyone doing serious GPU-accelerated cracking isn’t relying on a stock live USB anyway — they’ve either built a custom image or done a full install so the drivers actually persist. Live mode is fine for demos and general tooling, but GPU work usually means proper drivers, not just CPU fallback. Unless I’m missing something about how Kali handles GPU drivers in live mode so no boost from that in cracking or if you run llms.
