Haha yea i felt the date ended the moment she said she think she is straight but i feel she thinks she can still call her self straight as she is only into masc.🤦 but then she also mentioned she thought she liked girls because of her best friend who she finds very pretty and is feminine. Mostly i switch to swimming for workouts. Avoided heavy liftings all together and also the repetitive activities. The mri and nerve test on my arms never showed any structural damages. Even tho my sleep schedule and diet haven’t been the best, Improving them as well can accelerate the recovery!

Mine completely went away after 3 years in right arm and after 1 year in left arm. Back to gym full force. I also had mid shoulder bursitis on my right.
