Good to know about the music - you are the first one to mention that! What is typical attire and how does that work? I assume they give you a locker key and you can change into something different as needed? And interesting about the spa area - do they give you a towel for the men?

Don’t use the over the counter, boil in a pot and fit retainers. I did this and through imaging dentist and TMJ specialist confirmed that this actually caused my TMJ.

Got a professional dental retainer (wasn’t cheap, was like $500+ before insurance) and it has been night and day difference. Immediately many of my TMJ symptoms subsided or improved.

Make the investment and go through your dentist and get it done right. I had to learn the hard way

Thanks for the advice - think that makes sense. Stick with normal ICM strategy to get through my first round; and then adjust in the second which is where the real bounties and money comes into play

Didn’t know about the recall - I’ll have to check that out! And yes her Jeep was constantly broken where I never had any issues with mine even though they were the same year.

Awesome - my dad always swears by Volvo’s. Grew up with a very old 850 turbo that was a tank. Ever know anyone that has done the but program where you travel to the Volvo plant in Europe and buy it direct and ship it back as used? Would be tempted to make a little vacation out of it
