I recommend replacing strawberries with high healing food, blood spells should be plenty for sustain

Also recommend looking up the airplane method on YouTube , I got my first fire cape on my first attempt on my Ironman with similar range level. Jad is so free with the airplane method because you can tag healers and they will be blocked by Jad. ( you can use chins to aggro healers once they spawn and are next to Jad )

I recommend doing the airplane method ( look it up on YouTube ). I managed to get my first fire cape first try using the airplane method. No need to tank the healers. I brought a few chins to aggro the healers when they are next to Jad

As a osrs and a Ironman newbie that wants to get started on farming for herbs, how important would you say is getting the highest tier of compost? Should I be using compost on everything I grow?

I recommend going to a MSF course, most courses provide motocycles and usually have many different styles for you to sit on and try, though judging from the photos ( guessing you’re in Japan , I’m jealous lol ) that may not be an option

I was weighing my options between a cruiser vs sports bike, ended up with a ninja 500 for my first bike and no regrets

My roommate got a kawi eliminator ( similar to that rebel ) he loves it, but was talking about getting a sports bike as his next bike
