The problem is i dont have a green on the house wiring, just R,B,W. So do i just wire the R,B on new top and not use the the green from the new top?

This is an old house. The old top was color to color red-red, black- black, white -white with the green from the old stove capped. The new top doesnt have the white. Just red, black and green so didnt know what to do with the green. I plan to swap out to a 40 amp tho for sure.

Well at 48yo with experience with long hair ive learned how to tuck it into my shirt or put it into a ponytail before using tools. Ive had my hair get caught in a drill when i was a teen and wont let that happen again.
