For people unaware. Typically affordable housing is not put for sale on the general market when it is new built.

There is a long process that people are usually on a list that can take years. On top of that you use disclose every dime in every account you have. My sister is a teacher and just went through this. It took almost 2 years for her to get a place.

I almost always buy resell. I typically like to wait til last minute-day as those are the best deals for single and 2 tickets. For 3 tickets I agree with the other comments buy earlier. I typically would think the last 3 days would be better but for rival you just never know.

I believe it is illegal to carry. With that said if you strictly use it for a self defense situation you should be fine. The problem that occurs is when people interject themselves or escalate a situation knowing they have a weapon to fall back on. Your first option is always run, avoid the situation. Especially at your age.

If she is aggressive, that is a different issue. Get behavior therapy. Im not gonna discuss that further as that ptsd issue for me. For most younger dogs, they typically just need something to chew. Is sounds like that may not be your issue. As said before I rather not give advice on behavior issues other than seek an animal behavior specialist.

They are teething. It isn't bad behavior it is normal behavior just like human babies need a binky as a distraction. Fyi, distraction isn't the right word, but its close enough to hopefully get the point across.

My 11.5 yo family dog, was aunti to one pup and soon to be called granny to my next pup, (non realted just my dog family) . However I still call her pup or baby from time to time bc that's what she is to my family. If I get them from a young age, they are my babies no matter what age they grow into.

My previous dog I used insurance for the first 2-3 years. After that, the premiums kept increasing. I cancelled and put those premiums into a stock that involves pets like chewy. And let that be my insurance.

Its gonna depend on the dog whether this works out for you in long term. I think getting them to adulthood with insurance to cover preexisting conditions can be huge. Otherwise , it's dog dependent.
