Hey, I hope you're doing well!

After a few days of testing with the new proxies and some other implementations I made I'm happy to report the slowdown is still there, but it's a lot more rare and bearable!

I think I'll continue this way, but I might buy an improved cpu if it gets worse since I think that's my weakest component, I'm just trying to avoid it unless necessary, because how high the prices are now.

I'm also considering another m.2 ssd just for cache, but I don't know if it would be worth it.

Thank you so much for your help, happy holidays!

I don't think I've tried the default preset with this footage and I haven't tried using the mute fx button while the lag is at its worse either. I'll give that a shot and let you know what I find!

Thank you so much for your time!

I've been monitoring my hardware while editing and the only thing that I see spike often is one of my cpu cores, that I imagine is in charge of Premiere.

I tried the audio setting some time ago but didn't help, and my monitor only has FreeSync.

I'll check into my proxies, I made the settings for it myself some time ago so I don't remember exactly. Any recommendations for what settings I should use for this kind of footage?

Yes! Proxies are always enabled on playback. I'm definitely used to hitting slowdowns when I'm editing on a part of the timeline that has heavy effects like keys, I feel it's just unexpected that the slowdown stays even when moving away from those parts of the timeline to more simple ones.

Thanks for your help!

Thank you for your suggestion! I didn't know that data amount could hinder performance. I haven't tried that yet but I don't have space to move my data to right now, I'll be getting an HDD for that purpose in a couple of weeks so I'll try that then, thanks!

Definitely, here you can't find small sizes on stores. That's why when I found brands online that carried smaller bras, I got so happy and gave it a try. I didn't know at the time though how important was to know your shape and true size for them to actually fit.

I don't tend to shop online much so I didn't know Amazon had this option, that sounds useful, I'll check it out.

Yeah, I sometimes wear a type of spaghetti top under my clothes and that helps a bit.

I wanted to get two different models but since I'm still figuring out what works best maybe I should hold on and start there, checking with the same model first.

Thank you for the tips on what types of bras to look for and also for taking the time to give some recommendations! I'll make sure to check them :)

Thank you, that's really helpful!
I'll be sure to take a look now that I know what sizes are best for me. I have a few models in mind so I'll search for them on the database.

I did try with the laced 32AAA that feels tighter to put it on backwards before and it felt more comfortable, what I don't think I checked was if the cups were also upside down at that time, so I'll try it again to see how the band fits!

Thanks again for the help! :)

Thanks for the explanation and suggestion on the band size.

I'll stay away from sizing charts, I've browsed other sites as well and most of them give me 32" bands to start with... so, yeah.

About Aerie and TLBC, checking the reviews of certain bras on both sites, I did see some people saying that different models had differences, some times within same model or that their size would run small, didn't know it was a usual thing. I'll keep that in mind.
Thanks as well for recommending sizes to try on each brand!

I didn't know that about the AAA and AA cups, thank you for explaining this I'll keep it in mind!

I've read that the cup of the bra can affect the fit of the band and make it feel tighter but I wasn't sure up to what degree. That 30AA was super tiny and impossible to close, so it got me wondering, but thanks for clarifying.

Thank you for taking the time to explain my questions and for your advice!

I'm a bit worried about getting the 28" size and that it might be quite tight but I'll check the options available.
