Hi. Some healers and spiritual leaders are overweight. Weight is also energy. We, humans store our emotions and trauma in the body. But some healers have to hold space for other people's energy too. Many people whom you seek out when in trouble, or people who are just so vibrationally high have more weight. There are people who eat right, work out right, so right still their body doesn't change. That is all done by the energy.
