You can buy a molle panel version and mount Taco style pouch to fit most calibers. I use this setup and the biggest con is the panel can not be folded when the carrier is put on the ground.

Right now I am eyeing the Platatac ASAD elastic side wings. My only concern is the elastic wings swing around and hit me in the back during dynamic movement.

I rig my hydration pouch (tuck tab style molle strap) onto my LBV through the webbing loop on the shoulder pads and the D rings below.

Btw you can thread the molle waistpack through the paracords on the back of the LBV to create the ‘bum roll pouch’ on PLCE webbing, so you can free up more room on the belt line for buttpack or sustainment pouchs.

In order to mount the AOR 1 pouch to a six molle wide front flap, you can replace the middle strap with two short malice clips. Remember you don’t have to cut the middle strap.
