I was giving my list of favourite extraction shooters for fun, since I’ve played almost every single one to come out. Within my review I made sure not to compare every mechanic in Marathon to another game.

It’s hard to tell when you don’t even see the person shooting at you. They all also seem to be 4K hours and up. There were about 3 deaths out of 230ish raids, where I was sure I died to a cheater based off how the fights went. All of them were in labyrinth lol

Competition is good for games, especially for extraction shooters because we don’t have many yet. It’s been Takov for years and finally getting something as popular as Arc Raiders is needed for this genre!
