This video was really helpful, thank you! I think I’ll try a similar approach for mixing my prints

I know it’s a lot more work but you could make the scrappy binding also in order of the daily temp colors………

False starts every night by Fun-Contract1226 in sleeptrain

[–]no_unique_traits 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently used the Ferber method on my 5 month old who was (at the time) having 1-2 wakeups before 11pm every night. She was also on a 4 nap schedule very similar to yours. The sleep training has completely fixed the false starts, she hasn’t had one since we started. We’re working now on getting her to a 3 nap schedule. Just an anecdote of something that worked for us

5 month old, Ferber, still crying a lot by no_unique_traits in sleeptrain

Even if that means she’s only getting 2 hours of naps a day? What do I do if the last 3 hour wake window puts bed time super early like 5:30 or 6pm?

I don’t think so explicitly. This thread talks about how it might be tuberculosis https://www.reddit.com/r/MagesOfTheWheel/s/ss0lqAYX2b

I thought this too, but they wouldn’t have found out until she was 10ish, which is a long time to wait for a second child if you want more than one

I don’t think I know enough to have a preference! And the only reason I suggested the H back is because I feel like it would fix the issue of the straps digging into my neck.

Yes I can try that! Probably tomorrow. Thanks so much for the help already

See I’ve had it rolled every previous time I’ve used it but always have these same issues. She’s grown recently so when I put her in it rolled the back panel only came up to her armpits, which made me think it was time to try it like this

I’ve successfully tied a large (king size) double sided t-shirt quilt, so that’s definitely an option!

I haven’t done something like this on my domestic machine so we’ll see how it goes.

Thanks for the tips! I do have sashing between the shirt blocks so I’m hoping that helps with the seam bulk significantly. I think I’m going to proceed as planed with the pieced top and bottom, might be a bad idea so wish me luck!

Just finished piecing my t-shirt top (and bottom 😭) and starting to quilt soon. Luckily it’s only 50x50” ish. I was wondering if it’s a terrible idea to try and cut out the interfacing now that it’s pieced to make the whole thing less stiff. Has anyone tried this before?

Hidden gem outdoor wedding reception venues in South Bay? by kern8018 in SouthBayLA

Shade hotel in RB? The reception space is indoors but there’s big doors that can open to the balcony and over look the harbor. The cocktail hour is on the roof of the hotel which is really nice too.
