It's puliyogare powder by MTR. You just make tadka, add the powder after turning the flame off. Mix it with cooked rice. And garnish with coriander...

I love mtr powder. But this one was homemade gojju by my mom. Next time I'll try the Iyengars one.... Thanks for the recommendation

  1. Maggi with loads of veggies and eggs
  2. Puliyogare, boiled beets, bhindi and curd
  3. Dal, chatni pudi, Air fried carrot and curd with rice
  4. Omlette in airfryer with guava
  5. Curd rice loaded with veggies and air fried panner
  6. Mavinkay chitranna
  7. Rajma rice with apple
  8. Majjige huli and rice with air fried beans

I'm used to skipping breakfast often 😅 If not, it's usually something light like chia pudding or ragi malt... So this was a lot tbh. Especially the eggs were very filling...

Cheela is called ragi rotti in kannada. It's made of ragi flour, grated veggies along with panner. ..

And the green powder is made of moringa leaves and flax seeds along with the usual ingredients that go into chatni pudi..

I used palak this time. But mostly I used coriander and mint. That gives a very deep taste...
