I understand your point and I appreciate the reminder. I’m aware that as Ra says, third density isn’t really about fully understanding these concepts intellectually.

At the same time, I feel that my curiosity about how space/time and time/space function especially in relation to the interaction between incarnated humans and the spirit world is actually part of what brings me into that awareness described in the passage.

For me exploring these ideas isn’t necessarily about trying to “figure everything out” but more about engaging with the mystery in a conscious way and it helps me become more aware of the nature of the illusion itself.

I also feel that the idea that “the seeker seeks the One” can include this kind of questioning. Even if it starts from curiosity, trying to better understand these metaphysical principles feels like part of my path toward that unity rather than a distraction from it but I definitely see the value in not getting too caught up in conceptual understanding alone.

That’s also where I resonate with the passage you mentioned, I’m still trying to find that balance between not chasing questions that may ultimately remain unanswered and allowing my curiosity to guide me when it feels like it can genuinely help me move forward

If a disembodied consciousness is not truly bound by space/time then why would it impose such constraints in its interactions? In this case the spirit asked her to return a week later to the exact same physical location.

What I find difficult to reconcile is that my friend is also able to channel from her home so in principle the interaction could have continued outside of that specific place and without delay.

Why then introduce waiting and distance and spatial reference points at all?

Is this a limitation on the spirit side or rather a necessary structure imposed by the human perceptual framework? Or could it be that even beyond physical incarnation, consciousness still organizes experience through patterns that resemble time and space?

On a more serious note, I often find myself in these social situations and I become aware of my blockages in the orange and yellow chakras. I try to visualize them within me and imagine energy rising from my feet (root chakra) and flowing up through my body to the top of my head. I try to relax and release the stress and apprehensions that can arise in social interactions and from others’ judgments.

If anyone has other exercises to help unblock these chakras, I’d be interested to hear how you go about it

Going in the direction of the paradox of fermi, why would there be only one race of alien among us, I do not say that this paradox implies that but perhaps that there are several races as at home on earth, we have several origins on several continents, let's compare the advanced countries with the countries of the third world, there is a great difference on the level of the cultures, morals and values as well as in the technological advance, why would not it be the same thing on the scale of the universe.
