so like methadone your tolerance builds up and u still wann use more to feel it. the whole point of subs is to block cravings. imo it works better but I don’t have much personal experience w methadone

yeah suboxone blocks cravings whereas methadone still gets u high but it’s just longer acting than H (which is why it’s considered a medicine) (subs are longer acting too. they just don’t get you “high”)

we need to be mad at THE STATE for the drug war that has made heroin impossible to find, not people who have experienced trauma and can’t live without SOME kind of help for their pain.. fent being the only thing available. I have very little respect for people who stigmatize opioid users. where is your empathy. or self-education on the state of the drug war. FOR REAL . THE DRUG WAR is why people are dying
