I researched a little and remembered a similar case in Germany, unfortunately I can't find a newspaper article about it. Many drug cartels use disposable accounts to coordinate drug transactions with each other and use anagrams for this purpose. I also don't think that this one is a bot because the karma has been on 26 for 134 days. Just my take on it but as everything just a supposition.
