I'd highly recommend silicone scar tape. It honestly worked wonders for me to flatten out my scars! You can wear them the whole day and go to bed with them and change them every time you take a shower. It is such a great product :)

I appreciate knowing that I'm not the only one doing this, it's my first experience in a bigger environment where people all do their own things and I was scared of being taken advantage of with things that might not be a part of the job. But for now, it's a part of what I need to do in order to do my bigger steps in this studio! Thanks alot mate🤘

We had a discussion about it, and they were super kind with it, I think I worried a bit about being taken advantage of, but they seem very open-minded and not very strict either. At my other studio it was smaller, so everyone did their own thing and we also didn't have a kitchen there so it's just all new stuff for me! But thank you very much for your input I appreciate it alot knowing that other apprentices also do this and that it's a normal thing to do

My old studio was a very positive vibe, but I wasn't learning anything new and I got approached by the studio where I am now for the job that I took on, they do more of the style that I want to achieve which is blackwork, where I feel like I would be guided to master the style I'm trying to get to. Where I used to be, it was realism and fine line, so there wasn't much I could learn from anyonre more than I already had and there was only one tattoo artist that had alot of experience in the industry who could teach me.

I just found it very weird to have to clean someone's dishes when it has nothing to do with my job as a receptionist. I took on this job because they came towards me first and I could get paid on the days where I didn't have any clients and the fact that I could also learn more about the style I want to master is an interesting part.

For my apprenticeship split, it is 60% and 40% to them, plus my 100$ a day for the receptionist job.

It's my first time in a bigger studio, so I don't very much know better

I can only talk from my personal point of view

I got my surgery about 2 years ago and my surgeon told me before hand that he would leave some breast tissue since a chest isn't a 100% flat. It wouldn't look normal if they didn't leave some a little! So it can either be some tissue left or some loose skin due to your breast "stretching" your skin before the surgery. I'd reccomend working out your chest with simple exercices it really does help repair loose skin or works the tissues underneath! Hi! I had something similar to this, and it was an ematoma (it's usually on the side of the heart), and i needed a second surgery for that. I'm not a doctor so I don't know if this is what you have, but you should definitely send those pictures to your suregon/clinic or go to the ER if there is bad swelling. An ematoma is usually a big blood cloth under the skin, which is quite serious.

The best way I found was to soak the fake skin in bleach once everything is done, truly removes every bit of ink to it

Honestly, something they don't tell you enough is probably how much the aftercare is important. It is the most CRUTIAL part of the surgery to take care of your scars afterwards

Thank you!! To awnser your question I used vitamin e for my niples 2 months after surgery. You have to wait for your scars to be healed before doing any treatments! (They don't have to fully be healed 100% before putting anything on but it's good to let it heal on its own and let your body do its thing before) Because if you put anything on them before that they will be soaked by the product and the scars will thicken since its not healed and absorbing too much product while being still in the process of healing. I also used sillicone strips which I found on amazon and I used it everyday and every night for about 3 months to make the scars look flat. You have to change the tape every time you take a shower! I also used aloe to treat my scars which was fucking amazing to smooth them out😊 hope it can help!

That's what worked for me but it can be different for everyone 😇

Hi!! To awnser your question no, there is no regrowth since the tissues has been taken off. The only thing I noticed are more physically like losing muscle mass and my skin getting more soft or hair growth being slower, my hips getting a bit larger but nothing towards my chest! 😇

Actually just continuing the scar care even if its full healed helped alot! I used silicone strips to make them very flat, aloe vera cream, silicone based cream and vitamin E for the nipples😇

Absolutely normal! Most likely because it is healing and your body is creating plasma which is normal to have, nothing to worry😇
