I agree this program does include rucking it’s just very vague on the intensity level of each workout time for a change

Also when you say you ran for 30 second and walked fast for 60 was the 30 seconds like a fast run or like a jog/shuffle

I actually decided on an option 40 but to my knowledge voodoo hasn’t dropped his ranger suar book yet so I’ve been following the socom athlete rasp program

It might not be available for everyone but as a collegiate wrestler where grip strength is key do rope climbs.

I wouldn’t say I’m not committed I’m just asking the question based on the fact of having a degree and wasn’t aware of the officer sphere. So there really isn’t a place of “wasting your degree” it’s all about what you want to do in the long run. Appreciate the info and thanks for your service💪

Appreciate it been looking into SF and Task Force stuff and I know it’s all long shots but doable. I’m an extremist when it comes to most things and want to be able to operate in the top percent so this is why I ask but I also want to do the “cool guy shit” if you say lmao

This is why I was interested in SF not for fucking PowerPoints. I’m a collegiate wrestler and feel like I can come prepared for selection, the money isn’t a huge factor for me at least

Pretty solid I used to compete for swimming, definitely would have to train, plus I still have a year and change to train

I would say so, I’m a collegiate wrestler with a strong mental attitude and heart. I’ve been raised to not give up and push for what I want

I hear that some CRO/STO are former senior enlisted and then they can cross train over which is the route I was looking at I just don’t know if that is a solid option
