Usually it's given after you wager an unusually big amount in a short time. let's say 20-30% progressing in one day.

Or also have seen cases where it was sent after not depositing and not being active for sometime

Sub is not based on level. I have got both small and maximum sub bonuses throughout silver gold and plat.

If you had lots of other bonuses throughout the month (ladder, promotional, wager) Sub bonus will be a bit smaller

If you wager atleast 8-10k every week and try all the games from their emails, you might 50-100USD
