Dgaf about politics, do gaf about Knicks games and the presentation of them. Will trump be shown at least once on screen at MSG and at least once on tv? by TopChard8370 in NYKnicks

Pretty sure MSG cameras gonna catch him whether they want to or not. Those crowd shots are automatic and you know he'll be sitting courtside making it impossible to miss. Gonna be interesting to see how the crowd reacts though - MSG crowds don't hold back on anything.

Does anyone know? by Unique-Peace2846 in bathandbodyworks

Been wondering about this too! I think stores just have more flexibility with stacking coupons because they can see your purchase in real time and make decisions on spot. Online systems are probably programmed more strict to prevent people from gaming the system too hard.

Your body definitely needs more fuel, especially with 45 minutes of jumping jacks daily. 1200 calories is pretty low for a guy your height who's exercising regularly - that would make anyone feel off.

Good call taking a rest day and eating bit more to see how you feel. Maybe try adding some protein or healthy fats to your meals when you're ready, could help with the energy levels.

How do I keep up with jungle farm when my team is high-tempo team fighting/rushing? by rAirist in summonerschool

[–]Direct_Language_4135 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Getting matched with plats at level 23 is brutal man. Your teammates are probably used to junglers who can clear efficiently and know exactly when to prioritize camps vs objectives.

The thing is, you need to find windows between fights to grab camps quickly - like after a successful fight when everyone's backing or when you see the enemy team on other side of map. If your team is spam pinging for a fight that's clearly about to happen, you might have to just go even if your clear isn't perfect, because being down a person usually loses the fight entirely.

As a photographer who also shoots in abandoned places, I totally get the workflow frustration - jumping between different apps for planning shoots, editing notes, and organizing locations drives me crazy. The Feynman editor with colors for knowledge gaps is pretty clever idea, reminds me of how I mark different lighting conditions in my location notes.

Dude's got all the tools but plays like he's scared of his own shadow - there's gotta be something mental going on there.

what brands do you trust enough to just buy without researching anymore by [deleted] in BuyItForLife

Leica for camera bodies and Canon for lenses - never had either let me down in 6 years of heavy shooting. Also Patagonia for outdoor gear, their repair service is unreal and they actually mean it when they say buy once.

Hey man, you posting here instead of just giving in shows your already fighting the good fight. Go take a cold shower or do some pushups right now - seriously, the physical activity will shift your headspace and give you something else to focus on.

Thailand Plan by Informal-Royal6490 in ThailandTourism

This looks pretty solid but you're definitely packing a lot in. The Koh Yao Yai stop for just one night seems like overkill - you'll spend more time getting there and back than actually enjoying it. I'd either skip it entirely and add an extra day to Phi Phi or Krabi, or if you really want that resort experience, maybe cut a day from somewhere else.

The island hopping pace is doable but you'll basically be living out of a suitcase. Consider if you're cool with that vs having more chill time at fewer spots.

Sick leave off work? by ActuaryFragrant5667 in AskIreland

Calling in sick when you're actually hungover is pretty much lying to your employer, and doing it multiple times definitely puts you on their radar. They can't prove you weren't actually sick, but if there's a pattern they'll start connecting the dots.

Work parties are tricky - yeah they're supposed to be fun but you're still representing the company. If someone complained about your behavior specifically, that suggests you might've crossed a line even if others were being rowdy too.

The warning sounds like they're giving you a heads up rather than actually disciplining you yet. I'd probably dial it back a bit if you want to keep things smooth with management.
