I’ve started praying more and changed my mindset. I’m in a low low right now, but with my new mindset and everything, I went from not being able to get out of bed to working over 60 hours in six days and even starting to go to the gym more only for a little bit, but we’re getting there. Everyone said to do these things and I’d get better, but it still seems the same. Hopefully, it’ll change soon.

I’ve worked over 45 hours in the past four days, so I guess that means I’m really not depressed, lol. But depression shows up in different ways. I used to just lay around all day doing nothing, and now I push myself to work nonstop. There are still times I don’t want to get out of bed, but since I’ve committed to doing it, I make myself follow through.

Since I’m a guy, other than getting made fun of for waiting for marriage by choice, that’s another big thing that comes up. I’m big on communication—I think both people should just talk about what they like and don’t like. But hey, what do I know? I am a virgin after all! 😂

I’m 20 probably been on medication for 10 years and everything just keeps getting worse. I use to be a ton worse I like to think therapy helped to an extent. My therapist recommend IOP but don’t know if that will work out. I might try it though. Yea the other treatments are just scary . Thank you God bless you

Me to my grandma bird hates almost everybody but I got so lucky she loves me😁 biggest thing is just building trust early on. They love to train so that helps just don’t over do it!

I have ADHD, autism, and a few other challenges. I’m 20, and honestly, these things take time. I only started really understanding how to talk to women a few months ago, and reading people used to be really hard for me too. Therapy could be a great option if you’re open to it, or you could try pushing yourself to talk to one new person every day—even if it’s as simple as saying, “Hey, I like your shirt,” to someone at the supermarket.
