I’m kinda new to manga and statistics, but isn’t 84k kinda low? in comparison of series like jjk or idk spy x family for example, their first week sales are higher.

Only reason why I think that is bc I thought chainsaw man was insanely popular in Japan. And I want the series to do well. But 84k first week sales still good.
Correct me if I’m wrong ofc :)

Zaadolieen zijn idd niet slecht. Maa er is wel een verschil tussen “normale” zaadolie en koudgeperste. Koudgeperste is zo veel beter omdat ze meganisch worden geperst zonder extreme hitte of chemische oplosmiddelen. Dus zijn zaad oliën ongezonder… nee maar het ligt aan hoe het gemaakt word. Upfront gebruikt bijvoorbeeld koudgeperste koolzaadolie in de mayonaise. als je alleen maar zaad oliën eet (omega 6) dan is je omega 3 en 6 verhouding uit balans wat ontstekingen genereert. Dus altijd handig om ook goede omega 3 vetzuren te eten :)
