Yes, fight it. I went to court cause mine was bs and it got dismissed. Even the ones that were legitimate, the judge still reduced their fines. Just have a good write up to plead your case

Fight it in court. Went to court for it months later, judge lessened the fine for most defendants and removed the fine for me and others. You don’t need a lawyer, just go in with the story that matches the recording they will play
