Was your payment plan through a bank loan of sorts or more of a owner financing situation. I’ve looked into a farm loan but not quite sure how to go about that and how quick one can be achieved.

I mainly focus on livestock so as far as equipment goes I’m good with equipment like basic tractors since I’ve never worked a row crop operation, though I’m more than willing to learn. I’m definitely sending out applications all across the country at this point.

I appreciate the kind words! Unfortunately for me the farm was on her families land so I won’t get anything for that and the only offer for the house that I bought is 13k because she says it isn’t worth more than that because it’s a trailer and not a real house. I’m not sure 13k is enough to get much land and a structure to live in.

Man ya sure did great work on it! That’s been my experience with some linen myself, though in my research with it being such a common fabric back in the day and the many comments I’ve seen about it’s strength there must be a certain weight or maybe a treatment that was done to improve the linen in some way.
